Terre Haute Memories
This website is for those who are "Terre Hauteans" by birth or by choice, who I hope believe as I do, that the searching for
and preserving of items past, present and future assures that our history is preserved for those who follow - not lost in a landfill.
This website is not a large commercial endeavor. My hobby (okay - obsession) is looking for Terre Haute and Indiana memorabilia.
Some I keep, some I sell so I can buy more.
If an item is not priced, it is not for sale at this time.
Most items listed here are "oneses". Only one available.
So check back often as the website
will grow over time and the item you have been looking for maybe here!
This beautiful print was commissioned by the Greater Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce in celebration of the 175th anniversary

of the work named "A Wabash Portrait" by David H. Watkins, a member and horn player of the Terre Haute Symphony Orchestra.
It was performed by the Terre Haute Symphony Orchestra on September 8, 1991, with music director Raymond E. Meyer conducting.
Denzil Omer Seamon, known locally as Omer Seamon or D. Omer "Salty" Seamon was the artist commissioned for this print.
